Working with Shay was 5 stars all around. I was referred to him through my realtor Constance Woods. Communication was fast, reliable and effective. I purchased the bundle deal so I could get all full assessment including radon test and it was very affordable. He scheduled me within my preferred time, he took into consideration the deadline for inspection objection which is very important. This showed me how professional and well versed he is on the mortgage process. He said he would lay the radon in advance of the assessment date and he stuck to that commitment. Definitely recommend talking with Shay and using his services because you will not be disappointed.
