I purchased the bundle deal so I could get all full assessment including radon test and it was very affordable. He scheduled me within my preferred time, he took into consideration the deadline for inspection objection which is very important. This showed me how professional and well versed he is on the mortgage process. He said he would lay the radon in advance of the assessment date and he stuck to that commitment. On assessment day he walked me through every area, showing me all I need to know, key lock offs, safety recommendations and even home maintenance tips. As a firefighter himself, he was able to recommend safety and home improvement options that would best benefit myself and kids. As a dad, he was able to include recommendations that tap into his professional knowledge and experience as a dad to best fit a homeowner who is a parent.
