If you want a blunt (but loveable) highly intelligent technician to diagnose or fix your appliances, Shawn is the guy you call. He will always tell it like it is, fix or replace what he can, and offer advice on how to prevent or maintain everything from your fridge to your wash machine. I highly recommend him and very thankful for his help and service these past 9 years!

I received excellent repair service on my dryer. Shawn gave me a good understanding of the problem and was able to repair it quickly. I appreciate the excellent communication leading up to the repair and the follow-up to make sure that there were no other problems.
