The "worker" Jay was incredibly rude and unprofessional to 3 disabled people. He quoted some folk for $90 to address the situation, he didn't like that we didn't have $900 to spend on repairs. He got angry, slammed the door and the sent an invoice for $200. Jay is incredibly unprofessional, this company is extremely disrespectful and I hope that nobody uses them.
Emerald Appliance did a great job fixing our LG range. Jay was just super as was the work he did. Highly recommended!
Needed a washer/dryer so popped into Emerald on a whim. Bryan knows his appliances. We were in and out with about 30 mins on a Friday afternoon and took delivery the following Monday. Lower prices than another company here in town, too.
I looked all over town for a new dishwasher, and in the end went back to Emerald. Lovely. No "used Car salesman" tactics. Had what I needed. the Salesman Byron was a gem. And the price was the same as a big box store!! They will see us again when we need an appliance or doors and windows!
I used to go to Kelly's for appliances when I was remodeling my home, and had some terrible experiences. So I went to Emerald Appliance looking for a Maytag washer, and had such a great experience. Jesse was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and the man who delivered the washer was very friendly. I will be getting my materials here from now on. Great work guys!
