All around great service, from the first phone call to the finished job, which was my flat-top kitchen range. It had 2 burners out, and the HOT SURFACE light was faulty. Technician Michael fixed it, and it is like new again. And MUCH cheaper than buying a new one... He was friendly, quick, and patiently put up with our over-anxious 110 lb. dog. This is my GO-TO repair company.
Michael has been an amazing help at our community. Our property has 3 laundry facilities with about 20 washers and 20 dryers total. With the constant resident use, we often need repairs. Micheal always arrives on time and fixes our broken machines quickly. Also, AJ is the one who usually helps me schedule appointments, and she is so sweet and kind! Thank you Michael and AJ for the excellent service!
I highly recommend AYS appliance repair their customer service is second to none. The technician arrived on time the repair was done efficiently Riley was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about doing the job right. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.
It’s hard sometimes to trust repair people of any type, especially if you are an old woman! But Riley did an outstanding job repairing my old dryer. He arrived on time, had the problem figured out, and repaired despite the machine not having a serial number or model number! I highly recommend them!
