Had a question regarding a specialized stove and they were able to give excellent guidance and even suggested next steps on how to improve the set up to make it safer and more effecient. Great service and would definitely come for future fireplace needs.

Had in-home service done on our stove today. Fantastic experience! The service tech was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to answer questions and provide detailed explanations. He and the trainee he had with him were both very professional, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Embers for sales and service.

Very impressed with the assistance we received here when deciding on a wood or gas stove for our home. Ernie listened to our needs and never tried to up sell us, and we ended up with the perfect gas stove that we love, crackling away as I write. We would not hesitate to recommend Embers! Great shop, super nice people.
