Called Embers, which my prior owner had used to install gas fireplace apparatus several years back, when my pilot stopped working. Embers set up the appointment about a week out. Jason arrived right at the scheduled time and figured out the problem quickly. He replaced some parts and a faulty wire and had things working in 30 minutes or so. Overall excellent response and service.
Excellent service, the technicians from the Embers solved the issues we had with the gas logs, and we have been warm and comfy all winter long. The gas logs were a lifesaver during the recent ice storm. I am so happy that Embers had serviced them a few months earlier.
Reed did a wonderful job. He took the time to show me and my daughter how to use the gas logs. He was very patient and kind. He was a life saver as we lost power for the next 5 days.
We had a problem with our handheld remote starter for our seven-year old ventless gas fireplace that had been originally purchased from Embers by the previous owner of our home. I really appreciated that the store had all of our fireplace information still on file! The service reps who came out were very prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable about our fireplace and the remote starter. They were able to set us up with a new replacement remote controller during the visit and even kindly changed the fireplace batteries as well! I was very satisfied with my experience with Embers!
Dealing with Embers was overall a great experience, especially on the front end design phase. I stopped in looking for ideas on outdoor kitchen cabinets, etc, and Scott English hooked me up. He listened my ideas, gave some advice from his expertise and his own experience, and drew a design in CAD for me in 30 minutes to get the ball rolling. Delivery and installation was on time. Their service guys even came out after the fact and didn’t give me too hard a time when the gas wasn’t on 🤦♂️
