After talking on the phone with the people we were assured that they bought gold and diamond and so we drove from Mary Esther to Pensacola. When we got there the guy at the one counter sent us to his jeweler at another counter. He was busy with a watch repair and we told him we had several pieces and was fine with waiting. He was clearly irratated with this and asked to see the pieces and then said unless we are selling just the gold for sure that he was not "wasting his time on us". This man was very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place based on the jewelers lack professionalism.

My husband bought my engagement ring from here over a year ago now, a $7000 one at that and we just took it to Kay jewelers to get cleaned because we’re not in that area anymore and was told it’s a fake diamond. We’re in the process of trying to figure out what to do because we have no proof of purchase anymore and he paid for it with a personal loan and in cash so we’re currently paying off a completely fake diamond. Kay jewelers said it’s a cubic zirconia. Never been so livid and lost as to what to do. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. LET ME BE THE ONLY ONE TO BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE. By the way I’ve never taken it off since receiving it not for a single cleaning or resizing so there’s no way someone else replaced the diamond for a fake.
