AJ and the installation team made the installation of my shower glass the easiest task in my bathroom remodel. AJ clearly walked me through the selection process answered all questions regarding glass, frame and hardware selection. He then proceeded to explain the next steps for measuring the shower, time for custom processing and installation. The installation team was polite, efficient, clean and explained the products to use for cleaning and maintaining my shower. I was impressed with the service level, professionalism of this whole experience.

We purchased our shower glass panel and door for our master bathroom from Elite Glass and Windows (Unikoo Shower Doors)recently. Actually this is our second purchase from Elite. Our first purchase was for our son's bathroom. We were very pleased with their products and service from the last purchase. Therefore, we decided to purchase from them again this time. We love how everything turned out!!! I highly recommended Elite Glass and Windows (Unikoo Shower Doors) !!

Shower door EXPLODED AFTER A YEAR I was in extreme shock to hear a sudden thundering noise from the bathroom, and found that the shower door had exploded. The glass was completely shattered. Countless pieces scattered all over the bathroom and even splashed to other rooms. When we contacted the store for a replacement, they refused. They said that the 1-year warranty was past by 2 months, therefore we need to pay ourselves. It was ridiculous when the store manager asked us to prove the shatter was caused by glass defect or installation via a 3rd party, when they were well aware that the the glass was utterly broken and trashed out. The fear of this accident lingers till now when I’m writing this review. When it happened I was just about to enter the bathroom. The only relief is that no one was hurt (thankfully). Nevertheless, despite many rounds of vacuuming, we still find glass fragments in unexpected places. Both this accident and how the store dealt with it are a total disappointment. BUYERS BEWARE.
