Purchased a house and wanted to remodel the kitchen/dining room. Guys doing the work showed up on time every day, were good guys and friendly. They completed the work with VERY little supervision (and lots of anwered questions from us) on time. They relocated my thermostat on a wall and that was the end of my AC working. Found it odd the PM never did a walk through to see if we were happy after all work was completed. We also had to demand an itemized bill before we paid. If not we would have been overcharged approx $1500. Next, to have my AC fixed, they wanted to charge me $350 to have a board changed. Remember, they caused the problem, wanted me to pay to fix it. Tried explaining that but nope, apparently they don't stand by their work. Instead I called Next Level Heating&Cooling. These guys were baffled by what had been done. Elite had sent continuous power to my AC (why it wouldn't turn off) and the thermostat was incorrectly wired. These guys fixed it. Charged me wayyy less. I didn't need a "board" replacement. AC works great. I've emailed both co-owners of company. No response. Called/texted Project Manager. No response. The only one that felt the need to reply was Hvac head who told me "sorry for the inconvenience". Long story short. Save the headache, go with someone else.
