WCO Flooring Kitchen & Bath

Leaving a review for a wonderful bunch of people. Mrs Alisha and Mrs Shannon are just amazing. I moved to West Virginia last year to build our new and last home here. It was very stressful thinking this is the last one and I wanted to get it right. These two amazing women helped me and we’re more than kind and gracious when I was stressed out on final decisions and finishes. Matter fact, when I came to finalize one of the decisions, they steered me to a particular flooring. I was a little bit afraid of it, but in the end we went with it. Lo and behold it’s my favorite flooring in the house. These two women did right by me! When we have family and friends come to the home, they can’t get over how beautiful the house turned out. And I always say I had help! I had a vision but Mrs Alisha and Mrs Shannon Definitely executed that vision. Sidenote Some of my tiles in my master bath have become lose. Which happens after a house settles. I come up and inquire about the tiles. The contractors didn’t leave me any extra. Once again they came through. You go to a place for quality merchandise. WCO Also has wonderful customer service. After they were done, helping me get all the finishes for my house. I came back and they helped me with a couple glitches a year later the house. Wonderful, wonderful customer service. I believe that’s why people return to particular business is for customer service. Thank you Mrs Alisha and Mrs Shannon For all y’all‘s help. I can’t tell y’all, How much I appreciate y’all.

I can't give this company a good recommendation. I first met with a company representative on March 19, 2024, to have my very small bathroom looked at for a renovation. As of today, September 30, 2024, there has been zero movement on my project. The representative does not respond to my texts, and if I go into the company's store to ask about the project, no one knows anything about it. I don't know what is going on with this company, but what I do know is that I won't ever try to use them again, and I would highly recommend that you avoid them, too, if you want the work to get done.

Where do I start? From the moment I met Shannon and Chelsea at the Anmoore store, I knew I was in good hands. They were very helpful to me with everything, from the cabinet style, flooring, and the countertop selection. Then when it came time for my kitchen to be gutted and remodeled, the install team of Fran, Brian and Nick were also top notch. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Not only were they professional with their work, but were very friendly as well. This was a big project that I was initially very apprehensive about, but once the demo got started, I felt at ease. Everyone at WCO made this a very pleasurable experience. I highly recommend them.
