Mighty Bright Technologies

Recently, I stumbled across my childhood handheld gaming system, my DSi, and was so excited to start using it again. I immediately ordered all the old games I used to play and anxiously waited for them to arrive. The system holds so many sentimental memories for me, so I was heartbroken when I discovered the charging port was broken. I weighed all my options and called around to different repair stores, only to be immediately turned away. While ordering a new DSi would have been the easiest solution, I wasn’t ready to let mine go. That’s when I discovered Mighty Bright Technologies! Even though they didn’t specifically advertise repairs for a DSi, they did offer similar services, so I decided to take a shot in the dark and reach out. The gentleman I spoke with was incredibly kind and quick to respond. He helped get the whole repair process started right away and even ordered the part I needed ahead of time with no hassle. I dropped it off and had it back within just a few days. While I honestly would have paid anything to have it fixed because of the sentimental value, the pricing was very fair. I’m so happy to have my DSi working again and to be able to relive those memories. I truly couldn’t recommend this business enough. If you’re unsure whether something can be repaired, it’s absolutely worth reaching out and asking—you might be pleasantly surprised by the experience!

Can’t thank mighty bright enough! Bought all the parts thinking I could build my new computer myself, and got in way over my head so after days of struggling I reached out to him. I don’t drive, so he offered to pick it up next day despite it being the same day as the wvu vs Pitt game. He stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process, and even sent me a picture when he was finished. My ride canceled last minute, and he was understanding and held it for me until I could get there the next day. When I showed up to grab the computer he informed me of all the driver updates he had done and which programs controlled my fans etc before I left. Great experience overall, quality work in a timely manner, and his prices were more than fair.

I choose to take my computer to Mighty Bright Technologies because he has worked on a previous computer before and I knew that his work was above and beyond what anyone else could do for me. My computer was telling me that my storage was full, I have only had it for six months. We sat for three hours working and trying different ways to get it to work. The computer work not let us reset to factory settings and we tried two times. Finally he was able to get it to reset and my computer it working faster than before. I can not say enough praise about how much time and effort he puts in to working on your computer or anything else that you bring to him. I am just so grateful for his help and I am so happy to have my computer back. Sorry this is so long but I need people to understand how much hard work he puts in to each and every project.
