I can’t say enough about how good this service was. Raymond was so responsive and did a great job with our bikes. We had 4 bikes tuned up and he picked up the phone came and got them and brought them back in 24 hours. Very reasonable pricing and a super friendly guy. If you need your bicycle repaired, do not hesitate to call Raymond!
Best experience I’ve had in a long time was with Elite. Ray offered pick up and drop off services as well. I took him up on the drop off. All of my questions, concerns, and mechanics of my bicycle to be like “new” finished quickly at a fair price with great customer service I would recommend this place to anyone!!
I brought my ebike in for a repair of a broken spoke on the rear wheel. I had previously brought the bike to another local shop for this service. This shop could not find a replacement part that would fit. So I took it to Elite Bike Repair and asked Raymond the owner if there was anything he could do to make the repair. He acknowledged that it can be difficult to find parts for foreign made ebikes but he would try his best. As he also could not find a replacement spoke he decided the only option was to fabricate the part and that's just what he did. He fabricated and installed the new spoke. Fantastic job. Raymond is a great mechanic and a really good guy to work with. I highly recommend him for any and all your bike repairs.
