I have to admit this guy was pretty awesome. I went in and talked to him about the phone. Because I wasn't sure if it was the screen or if moisture had gotten in to it somehow, but my screen was flickering really bad he told me it was my screen, and it needed to be replaced. Excellent place to go for computer repairs. Our Asus laptop would not turn on. Dropped it off on Friday this week and was told they would get to it on Saturday. They absolutely did. I got a message with what the problem was and they had the part for repair. It was repaired and back to me a short time later. Great place, great pricing and fast service. I would recommend them to everyone!

Took phone in to have repaired under insurance first screen. Didn't work properly, so they reordered and got it working, like it's supposed to went above and beyond. Do recommend.

Friday night the control panel from my grill broke. The main power to the mother board pull off and needed to be soldered back on. I didn’t have the tools or expertise do it myself so I called Wise Device. It was about 7:30 and I was calling to leave a message. However, CJ picked up the phone. My laptop stopped charging while on vacation. Based in google reviews, I brought it to CJ on a Friday morning and had a diagnosis within a couple hours. CJ was empathetic, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I knew my laptop was in good hands.
