From the great greeting upon entering the store to the professionalism of their work I cannot THANK them enough I have a very old vacuum cleaner with a broken handle. They search and searcher until they found a replacement part to make it like new. The repair was made quickly and professionally and very affordable. I was afraid I would have to buy a new vacuum but because they went the extra mile and did the impossible I am most appreciative THANKS for a job WELL DONE

YOU GUYS ARE THE GREATEST! I was my wonderful pleasure to have a 3-week old broken vacuum cleaner and find it necessary to seek out Vacuum Center of North Myrtle Beach. It's an old-fashion customer service-based business that takes pride in being courteous, helpful, and even great at their job! My new Hoover was under warranty and it took less than two weeks to diagnose the problem, contact Hoover, receive a replacement vacuum, and have it ready for me to pick up. Kenny even carried it out to my truck; such a gentleman! You just don't find that kind of service anymore. I appreciate you. I won't be happy with my vacuum if it breaks again, but I'll smile when I have to return to your shop for service. Thank you for being a bright light in today's dark world. ginny fish
