Last year our fridge slowly stopped cooling. We had an infant at the time and the milk was piling up. My husband found Jeramy online and he came as soon as possible. I don't remember if it was same day. He fixed our issue and everything was working great. January of this year, the freezer wasn't working well. My husband forgot who we called so I googled around. The hubby came across E&J so I gave em a call. I told Jeramy the situation and he said he'd get back to me asap. Called same day and found our ticket from 2025. He came, looked at the fridge and said we needed a new condenser (I think that's what it's called) he ordered a new one and made an appt soon after it arrived. Jeramy came and fixed the fridge once again and a couple days later checked in to see how things were going. I told him everything was good except there was a slight humming noise and the freezer had a little condensation. He came right over to make sure everything was good. Turns out nothing was wrong. He' great with people and we will be recommending him to our friends. Thank you sir! (O:

We purchased an 8 burner stove. When we tried to use the oven it blew a fuse. Had electrical checked out and that was all good so it was the stove. Under manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer didn’t have techs in the area so we had to find tech, pay for the work and get reimbursements. Called all the appliances repairs in the area and no one would touch it. Well Jeramy said he’d come look at it. He found the issue, fixed it and guaranteed his work. Had same issue and he came back out and found another wire shorting and fixed it. He did such an awesome job! Very professional, on time, flexible and very caring. We will definitely use him again and recommend to family and friends.
