Balance Point replaced our furnace, humidifier, thermostat, and AC. The installation crew, Mason and Kobe, were outstanding. They showed up on time at 9:00am and did not stop working until they were finished at 4:00pm. They both were polite, pleasant, and took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why. But most of all, their work was neat and organized which indicated to me they knew what they were doing. Time will tell if the Daiken products we selected were a good choice. But for now, Balance Point has provided good service, what looks to be a fair price, and a great installation team. So far, so good!

Dave Crownover and Luke did an amazing job repairing a leak in our heat pump mini split system. This was no easy fix as the original installing contractor had the connection behind drywall. Dave and Luke were prompt, friendly, professional and answered all my questions. I was charged exactly what my estimate was and am enjoying my mini split system with confidence. This is some of the best service I've had in years. Balance Point will be my first call from now on.
