I had a crisis with field mice in out the next morning. The tech Ian was professional, listened and answered all questions, met everyone in the house and answered all concerns. He found their nesting areas and left traps and treated the spaces he found. Ehrlich worked fast and communicated throughout the whole service appointment. I had to call them back when we saw evidence of more mice. Two technicians came in and covered every part of the outside and inside. My husband found an opening and the techs filled in the openings and laid more traps ! Three trips, excellent service! The people making the appointments were cooperative, mindful of my time and certainly made the whole experience much easier than I ever expected. I was even connected to their Internet portal to make all my interactions and documentation. I definitely would recommend the company! Afterthought: I called 5 companies. All within the space of an hour so I was being an informed consumer. Erlich is the ONLy company that called me back that day! While the price was mid to upper edge of my budget, I gladly would pay it again to have them do the work. They did give me a small discount so all over, it's a win situation.

Initial service and follow up inspection were great - technician Dane as awesome but after him there’s no follow up from back office. Paid $550 for a service and I feel robbed. Terrible customer service and support - all talk and no show
Todd was my tech for today. Very nice gentleman. He was very professional and best customer service. I had problems before, but I hope your company appreciates a good employee like Todd.
