I had a really great experience here. Alex in the office was really informative, kind, and honest. They were fast and inexpensive and gave me great advice. As a woman who doesn't know a lot about cars, I feel like it's always a gamble taking your car in for repairs wondering if you're getting taken advantage of, but I felt really safe and respected as a customer right away. They definitely earned me as a customer for life.

I came to All Repair Auto Care after picking up my car from Shadetree Automotive across town who quoted a bunch of overpriced repairs for stuff I didn't ask for and didn't want. I wish I would have come to All Repair first. When I pulled up, there was no waiting. I walked in the front door and talked to Alex. Told him what I needed. He was no B.S. and told me exactly what their prices were and estimated what it would take to fix it. It was around 9 am when I left my car there. This is a great auto repair shop. My parents referred me and I am grateful. They are reasonably priced, honest people. They told us we didn’t need the expensive repairs that another shop was going to do. They instead, fixed the problem with a simple and more affordable solution. The owner, Ernie, is committed to customer satisfaction. There’s a large poster that is prominently displayed with his personal phone number, saying you can text or call night or day if you are not satisfied.
