Inspector needs training. Requested a rat inspection after we suspected we may have rats in crawl space. Minimal effort to look around the home after we suggested where they could get a good look. Unimpressed, I did my own poking around and found literal piles of rat poop. Didn't even bother checking the rat traps they service monthly supposedly and guess what, rats!
Compared with the service I used to have Ecola far surpassed my expectations. He was polite, asked me questions, saw where the ants were coming from and treated their trails at the ceiling with a clear Gel, not pools of wet spray on the floor. Went outside, sprayed around the house and shrubs. Only need to treat in house if ants are visible. Wonderful experience. Jan Bartsch
Beware if you have terracotta tiles! Back in October my mom and I had our home tented for termites. Upon further inspection after the service was finished I noticed several tiles looked like they were about to fall off along the edge of the roof. My Contractor had also raised concerns about the hanging tiles. When he got up on the roof he was in shock as additional roof tiles were smashed into pieces, which came to about 235 tiles. The tiles are terracotta which are on most homes in California. For a company that’s been in business for 20+ years I thought they would have more experience with these kinds of roofs. I have been in contact with Danny and he did come out to my property, with my contractor present and he agreed that there was damage done and clearly the men on the roof were not being careful with the heavy tarps. I have been strolled along by your representatives hoping I will go away. If you use this company be prepared to pay additional fees once the service is finished and YOU will be responsible for their damages.
