From scheduling our appointment to the initial appointment itself, Ecoguard has been a breath of fresh air for our future pest control and exclusion needs! Reece was a true professional and respected our home. He educated us with information that we have never received from other pest control companies. Looked at site online, called EcoGuard and they were able to send a technician out the next day. Did an evaluation, discussed remediation approach with me, as well as associated costs and answered my questions. Performed the service, made sure I had all my concerns addressed, and pointed out some ants that were establishing a colony outside. The tech went over what remediation and price would be, but put absolutely zero pressure on me to add any additional services. Very happy with the whole experience.
