We could not be happier with FTC Oury and how they handled our roof project. We found them because a few of our neighbors had their roofs replaced and recommended them. After our experience, we will happily do the same. There wasn't a single unpleasant issue, and the cost was a reasonable as we could ever hope for. Work was done quickly, professionally and beautifully. Even when they encountered some difficult issues with the framework and old sheathing, they explained the problem clearly in detail and offered the best solution which they executed without delay. This is all we can ask for in any company that is doing home improvement work and we feel very fortunate to have found them. Excellent experience with FTC Oury. My neighbors commented on how great the roof looks. Dakota was great to work with and gave us a detailed itemized estimate which allowed me to compare this with other estimates. A crew of 6 people arrived when expected and worked diligently and completed the job in one day. They covered our bushes and back patio with tarps to protect them. Clean up after the job was excellent and I found very little debris after they were done.

From the moment I first called, the service I received was outstanding. Dakota reached out promptly and went above and beyond to help us with our issue. We had a leak in one of our bedrooms, and it wasn’t immediately clear where it was coming from. Dakota carefully inspected the area, identified potential sources, and assured me that if the issue returns, they’ll be sure to take care of it completely.
