We have come to her twice - 18 years ago we came to Laine at London Gold to design a fabulous special wedding ring from heirloom gold & diamonds from my husband’s mother’s wedding ring & my husband confirmation ring. The process was so smooth & quick. And just recently I brought Laine 2 vintage pearl necklaces which needed to be restrung. Laine was so informative & shared with me about how pearls age over time. Donna is amazing! I recently worked with her on a custom necklace and bracelet respectively for my daughter’s wedding. She patiently spent hours with me to pick out the precise components for the jewelry and worked with the jeweler to ensure I’m 100% happy with the final design and fitting, plus on time. She’s detailed-oriented and always keeps her customer’s need in mind. Everyone at London Gold Chandler is so friendly and helpful. Great customer service.
