My family and I have dealt with Steve, his late father, and his team for 35 years. They are like family; highly competent, honest, reliable and available. When I have been on the road and run into a problem, Steve always picks up the phone and has given expert advice. We are lucky to have found Eastview.
Told them to get my husband's truck ready for winter, advised that the rear brakes were squealing. They returned the truck saying it wasn't the brakes but something else in the rear. He didn't even check the lights because there was a light out that I told my husband about. Another mechanic said the rear breaks were the original ones! Metal on metal! They are lucky nothing happened or they would have a lawsuit! Stay away the mechanic is shady or lazy!
I got stuck and just had to reset my check engine code. A 2 minute job just plug it in and press a button. The owner knew I needed help but tried to charge me $100. If you need anything done to your car, push the car past this place and save yourself
These mechanics changed the wrong side wheel bearing and I was out $630! Totally unexceptionable. Very expensive and the wheel bearing that was changed was still good. Never again! Had to pay another mechanic to change the bad wheel bearing. How can they be so incompetent! Stay clear of these guys.
