Al was the consummate professional. He took time to share his expertise with me when explaining the problem and the solutions (he gave me options and likely outcomes of each choice) for my vehicle’s issue. I did not feel rushed and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. Ceasar was also patient and attentive when dealing with me and my car. I watched interactions with other customers and the staff were consistently demonstrating the same top notch customer car I experienced.

I have used Ro-Ro for many years now after they did me a huge favor and jumped my stranded car in the CVS parking lot across the street from them. I was with my elderly mother and could not have had her walk home, so them servicing the car as I waited was a huge deal for me. After that day, I started going to them for all my maintenance needs, from repairs to oil changes to annual inspections. I have always been impressed with them. Al is especially helpful. Whenever I call or show up with some issue, he always has a solution and great advice. He has saved me a ton of effort and time with his suggestions. I have suggested Ro-Ro to all of my friends and neighbors ever since that day and will continue to do that.

Went from having a perfectly drivable car to a car with 6k worth of damage. I’m not sure how a tire just comes off of a car in the middle of driving, but this is the only place I’ve taken my car(s) for almost 10 years. Nobody touches the car since it is in a garage most of the time. Most ppl I have asked said this is usually (at least 95% of the time) due to human error. I don’t care who’s fault it is, although the last thing we got done was a tire rotation. You be the judge. 6k is not a small amount of money to deal with unexpectedly. That’s what I care about, since dealing with insurance has been a nightmare. Somebody made a costly mistake, it’s not me, and yet I’m paying for it. I did everything I was supposed to do. Regular maintenance, etc. So this still baffles me. I’m just glad we’re alive, it could have been catastrophic.
