The little sato replaced my struts with cheapest, badly struts assemble, the replacement didn’t perform shots absorbing at all. Tens bucks of the strut was charged 400. This is very terrible experience, they lied to customers, overcharged, wasted your time, made you mad. The little sato doesn’t have any knowledge of auto repair. Don’t waste your money with them!!!

Brought my 2019 Honda H-RV for a 90k mile service. Got a few quotes from other shops and the local Honda dealership. SATO beat em by a few hundred. Same day turn around. Staff was friendly. Office is a little tight so maybe wait outside if you see someone else at the desk. Didn't seem like too much to do around thats walkable but with the money saved uber/Lyft was more than doable
