Sila Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical

During this horrible last storm we lost hot water and the heat wasn’t 100 percent. We called Sila and they sent us the “magical” Roy who determined our vents were blocked. The snow was so high he couldn’t get behind the condo to clear it. At that point he crawled out my bedroom window to access the vents. After clearing the vents and some work on the water heater in the basement we were back in business in short order! Not only did Roy help us out, he had to do the exact same thing for our neighbor (attached condo) double the fun for poor Roy!

Roy was so awesome and super helpful in figuring out what was going on with our old faucet, finding a new one, and installing our new one. He was super open and honest about pros and cons of each option for installation and super friendly with everything! He absolutely went above and beyond with all the work and can’t wait to work with him again!

Our heat went out in the middle of the night during a major snowstorm. Another company quoted us $3,500, said we needed a new circuit board, and told us we’d be without heat for three weeks. To be safe, we got a second opinion from Sila, and we’re so glad we did. Brian came out and had our heat working again in about 10 minutes with a simple system reboot. We couldn’t be happier that we got a second opinion. Honest, knowledgeable, and efficient service. Thank you, Brian!
