This is the best auto shop I have EVER been to. First and foremost, they have my complete trust, they never up sell you and even tell you when you don't have a problem. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is great. My only lament is it's tough to get an appointment at certain times of the year.
My grandson had a quote from a very reputable shop in Montpelier for $1,000 to replace pipes and muffler, hangers and such on a 2016 Crosstrek. BMB took a look at it and repaired everything for $145 by welding a pipe back onto the perfectly good muffler, cutting out broken pipes and fabricating replacements. Front end staff were great as were the techs.
The BEST shop around. They really stand by their motto of “only the work you need”. I came in to first get my exhaust looked at. They repaired it for a fair price and found an aftermarket part for my 2003 Mercedes c240 wagon. I have yet to find a shop in this area that won’t try to make you buy a dealer part for a German car. I then went in to have my rear brake lines done. They were fixed for a little less than quoted, and my car was done THAT day! I would come back here in a heartbeat. Thank you BMB for keeping my car on the road!
