Daniel completely solved my issue in under five minutes and I am thrilled. He is extremely professional and courteous, and I noticed that the other technicians are also.. so happy to have my Dyson back in great working order and so glad I chose this location
Outstanding service here. Stopped in today to get an older vacuum repaired. There was a wait but the staff was friendly and nice. The gentleman told me what I needed - how much the part would cost and how much the labor would be and that he could have it done in a matter of minutes. We actually waited longer to initially speak with someone than the repair itself took. But it's fine. If you have to wait, take your butt over to Duck Donuts to kill some time. They're delicious and you won't be sorry. The repair was reasonable and fast. Highly recommend. While I hope I don't have issues with any of my other Dyson products, I was also pleased to see they repair hair dryers and other things as well.
I had a great experience at the Dyson store in Paramus thanks to Daniel. He took the time to diagnose the issue with my ball vacuum and had it fixed quickly. He was clear, helpful, and easy to work with the entire time. It’s rare to find someone that professional and genuinely nice. Dyson should definitely recognize him as a top employee. Highly recommend asking for Daniel if you need service.
