The company call center was very professional. I called late on Saturday night for a broken door and the technician was at my home the next morning within the timeframe that was scheduled. The technician was extremely professional and had a friendly demeanor. It was 15 degrees outside but that didn't effect his ability to do his job. I was very happy with the service. This was the 2nd time I used Precision and in both instances my experience was extremely positive. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Precision truly lives up to its name. Their professionalism, quality of service, workmanship, and genuine care are exceptional. Charlie was an outstanding technician—extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and highly skilled. Despite freezing cold weather, he worked diligently and thoroughly until the job was completed to perfection. John also deserves special recognition for coming to lend a hand after his own long workday. He was equally professional, friendly, and supportive. Together, they made a fantastic team. This is a great company with an outstanding staff. I highly recommend them and will not be going anywhere else.
