Christopher was right on time if not a few minutes early. He called before coming which was appreciated. He was professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and then got work. He identified the problem as the fan motor and ha one ordered. He returned the next day with a new motor. His service was excellent. Regarding Durham Services, they were very responsive and I got same day service. My concern is that on the first visit I had to pay a $75 service fee visit fee and then a $100 fee for a15 minute diagnosis of the problem. I did get a 15% veterans discount which I appreciated. When Chris returned the next day I had to pay $35 return visit fee and the a labor charge. I knew there would be a labor charge but in my opinion a return visit fee should have been waived or not charged at all given that the part had to be installed and if it had been on the truck Chris could have installed it while he during the first visit. Also as a customer with an annual service contract I think some benefits such as return visits should be waived or not applied. Food for thought to give additional incentives for purchasing an annual service contact as there are mainly service providers to choose from.
