I give my highest recommendation to Jim Ferrall with North Alabama Technical Services. I had some software issues I was not able to fix or deal with so I called Jim. He came to my place of business quickly, and did the needed repairs. I never had a doubt he knew what he was doing. If you have computer or software problems, call Jim Ferrall and he will help you very professionally.

I admit that i know very little about how to fix problems that come up on my personal computer. But, after hiring the expertise of Jim Ferrell at NATS, i don’t need to know. HE IS AN EXPERT!!! His technical skills and knowledge are unmatched and he is a true professional in the way he approaches his work. He was so patient explaining (at my level) the problems I was encountering and his methodology for making the repairs……..very warm and easy to talk to. And to top it all off, his fee was reasonable.
