I called in the morning and had tires and alignment by the end of the day for a good price too! Service was courteous with multi point checks and other rcommendations that were on point. This is two in a row for me with Dunn and I intend to come back again. Thanks.

Really impressed with Dunn Tire. They took care of my inspection, oil change, tire repair, and gave me a full vehicle health report. The photos they sent of potential future repairs were clear and made me feel confident about what actually needed attention. Friendly staff, fast service—couldn’t ask for better.

Bought my tires on tirerack.com and had them shipped for free to this location. Friendly service, both Jason and Lee were prompt & professional. Dunn ordered me a rideshare to get around then back to pick up my vehicle later. Love my new Radar directional tires! All set for WNY winter.

The front counter was busy but polite. I requested a force balancing which usually means not using weights on the tires. Just moving the tire on the wheel to balance out and counter the tire weight. But I got weights on the outside of the wheel which i really don’t care for. I like them on the inside of the wheel. Not outside. I could have went any where to do this particular style of balancing especially since i have a dodge charger and high performance tires. So I’ll probably not go there again so since I did not get what I specifically requested. Also I got charged for mounting and balancing on two tires then charged balancing on 4 tires...
