DS Custom Tile

As brand-new homeowners, we were not well-versed in home renovation, repairs, etc. Our first contractor was DS Custom Tile to retile a shower room that had been damaged from poor initial installation. As I mentioned, we were completely novice to repairs on this level. DS Custom Tile came in with a reasonable quote, explained the whole process to us, answered any questions we had, were flexible in design updates and cost efficiencies, and above all, do beautiful work. Our shower room is now the highlight of our main bedroom suite. In hindsight, I didn’t know then how great they were to work with as contractors. Since then, I have not experienced the same level of customer service. The team was always timely, respectful, and hard working. We had a small crack show up in one of the large tiles shortly after installation and DS Custom was super responsive and came out quickly to get it fixed. Nearly two years later, it looks as good as it did on day 1. We will 100% be reaching out for future tiling needs and recommend them to anyone who asks!
