Tile Pro

Tile pro did a great job with our backsplash! Jim and his son set the tile in a day and grouted the next day. I appreciate him bringing a grout color chart so we could see which color we wanted with the tile. I appreciated his advice on how to lay the tile while ultimately leaving it up to us. After the tile was laid, there was an awkward spot between the end of the tile and the bottom of the cabinet that could be seen across the kitchen. Jim cut out a piece of wood and attached it to the bottom of the cabinet so it looked more seamless and finished. We really appreciated that! We would hire them again!

We had a bathroom remodel done a few years ago by another company and unfortunately our shower floor began to crack and we found mold starting to grow around the base of the inside of the shower. Not wanting to use the same company, we called Jim with Tile Pro and we discovered many parts of the shower were done incorrectly and not to code. We ended up tearing out the shower and surrounding tub area, doing mold mitigation and then installing a new shower and tile surround. We couldn't be happier with how knowledgeable Jim was and that he took pride in doing the job correctly. Communication was excellent, which has not always been the case with contractors we have worked with. He was also flexible in working around our work schedule. We will be using Tile Pro on our future remodel projects.

Beautiful work! Jim was very good at explaining my options—the pros and cons of decisions. And he caught my vision really well. I was also on a tight timeframe— from when I received my tile to the deadline. Jim was very accommodating. It was a small job, but he treated it with a lot of care. And I LOVE my new fireplace. He also had a good energy as he worked, which is really nice when you have someone working in your home around your family.
