The Garage Door Guy Corp

It started with calling the only two garage door fixers in the Hot Springs area. When I called Precision and asked Rachel about ranges of cost they refused to give me a range and 'had' to schedule a technician to come out. I explained I've never had to deal with garage door issues or installations in my life and would like to know average cost of certain services and they still refused. They also made it sound like they would not be able to fix the issue same day. When I called the garage door guy Josh answered and he gave me service fee costs right away and what he thinks might need to happen based of of what I explained and offered a time for technician to come out that would be much sooner than the Precision people. Matt came out today and fixed the issue within an hour. He was super nice and didn't mind my dogs that I forgot to put up🙃 He was very considerate and explained what he thinks was happening and what he saw as issues right away. He noticed and I'll bracket missing and because he didn't have one in his truck to replace it he made one which was awesome. Someone else could have charged me time and labor to go get one but he knew what he was doing. He explained about a 30 day labor warranty on the end and that is much appreciated!
