I took my watch in for a battery and watch band, and the contacts for the battery were going bad. They took care of the problem and didn't charge me for it. I recommend this place for any service you need for your time piece.

I have several mechanical watches that need occasional maintenance. I took my Rolex, Omega and Ball watch in for repair. They were able to diagnose the problem with each watch and successfully repair. They also have a stand that winds the watch and keep the watches, checking often to make sure the time is correct. All of my watches are in perfect condition, once again keeping exact time. Plus they offer a one year warranty on the repair. I highly recommend DP watch for any watch repair.

Other watch repair shops are jewelry stores that farm out watch repair and battery replacement. This place was fast and dedicated to only watches. She replaced 2 watch batteries immediately. Apparently, many other shops send their watches here for repair. That's why you have to make a return trip at other stores. Just go once! And looking at the watches there for sale is amazing fun! If you want a unique watch, this is the place.

Called to see if they could service my specific watch & the woman over the phone was so incredibly nice. I walked in and was greeted immediately and serviced immediately. Love the atmosphere of the store and the woman helped me so quickly! 10/10
