I have had a lot of work done by Done. I found everyone I worked with helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. A few complications occurred within the spectrum of the work I had done and they were able to adapt and solve some fairly complex challenges to my full satisfaction! I felt the pricing was fair and reasonable.
Our toilet was plugged up and being only one of two bathrooms in the house (with 3 people), they were the only ones who could come out right away. Justin got here within an hour or two of my booking and he was quick and thorough. He even gave me some advice on how to avoid it happening again. I will definitely contact DONE! in the future.
5 stars because plumber Terry was able to locate the source of a water leak immediately, carry out the plan to install a new shower faucet system and get it Done the next day! Another Done plumber had been here two months before thinking the issue was caulking but it wasn't. Terry's work was meticulous, explanations excellent, he waited and tested that the leak was actually fixed. Terry was recommended to me by a neighbor. So when I needed a second plumber to come check the unresolved issue, I asked for Terry. He deserves a bonus for the work he did! I highly recommend you call Done and request Terry! I know what the market is like and how challenging it is to find a competent, honest plumber, I will definitely call Done if I need a plumber again and request Terry! Thank you to Done and Terry!
