Jerry is a very pleasant young man. He listens well. He is knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He went beyond what was absolutely necessary to fix our connection problem. If I ever again need help with Dish I'd be pleased if he is the tech who arrives.

Jerry was most timely, polite, helpful, and best of all, knowledgeable about how to fix our satellite reception. He went above and beyond the initial problem by relocating the satellite dish in a more secure location so it won't go wonky again. He then finetuned another trouble spot by replacing the outdated cable from the wall to the tv. Not only do we have a signal now, we also have much improved picture quality.
