I purchased this bumble bee jasper ring two years ago from a Native American artisan who was selling his jewelry at the Palace of the Governors in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Last month, I noticed that the stone had become loose, so I asked my spouse to have it fixed for me as a Christmas gift. Imagine opening this gift and seeing my ring? Wow! I could have done a better job using my teeth. And to think, they charged money to do this. I'm hoping to find the original artisan in Santa Fe to fix this disaster. Let my very sad bumblebee jasper ring be a lesson: do not have this jewelry store reset your stone—seriously. I wish I could give no stars but GBP requires at least one.

Refused to provide service to me, new customer, to swap out several new watch bands after I declined to have them change out a battery when I told them I would take care of that ONLY somewhere else since it’s substantially cheaper. I’m happy to take my business elsewhere if that’s their treatment to those trying to support a local business and apply cost savings and logic, and you better believe I’ll share my review of this business with the world.
