We bought an older home and have experienced several issues with both heating and plumbing. We have been so impressed by the response from Dogtown that we can’t say enough good things about this company. They are knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. I was in need of some updates to my homes plumbing. They were very professional. Communication was stellar on arrival times and what to expect for fees on products and installation. I have been working with Dog Town. Heating for many years. They have also done some plumbing work for me. They have always done a great job. Dylan recently did a preventive maintenance on our geothermal furnace. He was thorough, answered my questions and checked a few things based on my questions to make sure everything was working correctly. I called this morning at 7:30 because my furnace stopped working last night, and Jeremy was at my house by 9:15! So fast and impressive! He diagnosed the issue right away and had it fixed quickly. He saved the day for my pup and me! Jeremy was incredibly honest, explained exactly what the problem was, and even took the time to walk me through how to prevent it from happening again and was patient with all my questions. He was so nice, professional, and easy to work with. I truly felt taken care of. I will absolutely be using Dogtown for my future needs and highly recommend them!

Amazing job. Took the craptastic job Houston's did with the return duct work to the geothermal unit and made it a hundred times better. Way better than the Frankenstein box, tape and zip ties. Even replaced the filters. Very down home cool guys come out. Nice as can be and down to earth. For being in a crawl space the price was far cheaper than I expected. They did amazing work. Now I don't smell the crawl space blowing through the vents into the house and the unit can work more efficiently now. My electric bill probably be cheaper now too. Highly recommend. 10/10 job and 5 star. Thanks a million y'all. Very satisfied.
