My parents were having a plumbing issue on a Sunday morning. I called Tim and he was onsite within a few hours. He determined what the issue was and made a plan to correct it. The very next day he returned to correct the issue. Can't say enough about the professionalism and speed in which they took to take of the situation. I will recommend them for further plumbing services.
When our pipes froze up, Tim talked us through how to thaw them. Unfortunately, they had burst and he came out right away. He repaired them within an hour and it didn't cost us an arm and a leg. I highly recommend using Classic Plumbing! They will be our #1 go to for all future needs.
I couldn’t be more happy with Classic Plumbing. When 3 other plumbers said moving my laundry room upstairs wasn’t possible, Tim jumped in and didn’t bat an eye. He’s dependable, knowledgeable and such a nice person! Thank you Tim for making my most dreaded chore something I now look forward to.
I came home to a small stream forming from a water leak and Tim, the owner, came out that Friday evening, so his guys could get home at a reasonable hour, and attempted to fix the leak. It wasn't able to be fixed that night due to the old plumbing layout constantly draining water but he came back first thing the next morning and got it fixed and addressed a separate, potentially future issue at the same time. Would highly recommend.
Outstanding Plumbing Service! I had a fantastic experience with Luke! He installed new faucets, a garbage disposal, and an under the sink RO water filter system—all in one visit. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Everything functions perfectly, and he left the work area spotless. Luke was punctual, professional, and took the time to explain how everything worked. I really appreciated his clear communication and friendly attitude throughout the job. It’s rare to find a plumber this reliable and skilled. I’ll definitely be calling Classic Plumbing again for future projects and recommending them to friends and family!
