I was hoping that I didn't have to write this review, 4 years ago I would have given them a 5 star review for fixing my roof which they did an awesome job. Unfortunately in 2025, it seems their customer service has gone way down. On June 19-20th we had a severe thunderstorm with F1 tornado winds damaging our house, specifically blowing off all of our soffits on the back side of the house and damaging the gutters. I called Mid Kansas Exteriors to get an estimate and Jake(former Owner) came out to my house for the estimate on July 7th. He was very nice and assured me that he would be able to help me with my house and give me an estimate within... I tried calling his cell and leaving a voicemail and again nothing. I called the main office and spoke to them and they said they would talk to Jake and get back to me, again I've heard nothing. It is now July 30th and still nothing. I called Mid America Exteriors on July 23rd by accident (attempting to call Mid Kansas Exteriors for a final time) and they sent Troy out that same day to give me an estimate. I expressed to Troy how frustrated I was being that he was the 3rd company to come and attempt to give me a follow up for a repair on my house. An hour after Troy had left my house, I received an email with an estimate. This blows my mind that as a previous customer of Mid Kansas Exteriors that they just straight up ignored my need as a customer. I would not recommend Mid Kansas Exteriors to anyone as they have horrible customer service in 2025. I recommend calling Mid America Exteriors, for your roofing/wind damage needs, they responded to my situation in a timely matter so I could submit am estimate to my insurance company.

We love our new walk-in shower. Will helped us with the design, and Brandon did an amazing job on the installation. It took two days to install, and the job was done efficiently and professionally. We could not be happier with the results!

Jake and his crew did a wonderful job. We had a leaking, ugly, tiled incorrectly shower. We had looked around for a replacement. We did not want tile due to the upkeep with grout. We didn't want fiberglass as it could crack, like our old shower pan and didn't look very nice. We could not figure out what to do. We met Jake at the home show. We liked his examples. He came to our house at a convenient time for us. He spent a long time looking at our project and showing us samples. Now we have a beautiful shower. Jake was always available to answer questions and took the time to make sure everything was right and how we wanted it. We are glad... Jake and his crew did a wonderful job. After the hail storm in September of this year, I found myself needing a new roof, siding, window wraps, guttering and downspouts for my house. I talked with several contractors, but Gavin, with Mid-Kansas Exteriors is who I chose to complete all the work. Gavin explained the entire process with me, helped me coordinate colors and was available whenever I had a question. He followed through making sure the work was completed the way it was supposed to be and in a timely manner. All the crews were respectful of my property and never left behind a mess. I would highly recommend Mid-Kansas Exteriors and asking for Gavin for work you need. I woul... Gavin M was a great help to me, this was my first time going through insurance issues and new roofing after becoming a widow. I was worried, but he helped me through all the steps and everything turned out great. All the crew who worked on my roof and gutters were great as well.
