My refrigerator went out right before Christmas, and Doobie responded immediately on December 24th. He was completely honest, explaining that a repair would cost more than a new unit. When I bought a replacement on clearance, I realized it wouldn't fit through my doors. Despite it being Christmas Eve, Doobie came back a second time to help. He professionally removed the refrigerator doors to get it inside and then perfectly reassembled everything. His honesty, kindness, and professionalism at such a crucial time were unmatched. I’m surprised by how quickly he answered and got here on a Saturday. He’s gotta go pick up a part from Gulfport on Monday and come back but I wanted to just go ahead and leave my review to help balance out the rotten and ridiculous one star he’s got. People don’t realize how badly a 1 star review can hurt a business. It’s not like not leaving a tip, for a small business it can be a lot more like a brick through the window. Anyway I called on a Saturday and he answered practically on the first ring and got here within an hour.
