VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, CAME OUT TO FIX MY GAS STOVE, DIDN'T EVEN LOOK, JUST SAID BECAUSE ALL MY BURNER S DIDN'T WORK AUTOMATICALLY, THAT THE STOVE WAS BAD.. MY BURNERS WORK FINE, IT'S THE OVEN THAT DOESN'T WORK, GARY DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT THE OVEN , TOLD MY LANDLORD, THAT I NEEDED A NEW STOVE, MY LANDLORD AGREED TO THAT , THEN 2 WEEKS LATER ( NOTHING) .I ASKED MY LANDLORD FOR HIS NUMBER, I CALLED HIM ,GARY TOLD ME HE WOULD BE OUT THAT DAY OR THE NEXT ( 12/11/ 2025 OR 12/12/2025.) NO CALLS OR SHOW UP, ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE BUSINESS THAT I HAVE DELT WITH AND I'M 65 + YEARS OF AGE ALSO WANTED A HUNDRED DOLLAR, SERVICE CHARGE FOR 3 MINUTES. In my honest opinion, THE WORST SCAM ARTIST, ON THE GULF COAST ( BILOXI)

I was needing a part for my Freezer ASAP due to food in my fridge and freezer was about to go bad if I didn't get the part today ! I called Mr Gary and he was out on a service call. I told him what I needed and sure as heck he called me back upon his return to his shop. Went out of his way to look up the part and go and put his hand on it to make sure. Mr Gary also waited for me to arrive even though it was past closing time. That's customer service !! I'll definitely be a life long customer from here on out. Thank you Mr Gary ☺️

I don’t understand the negative reviews. I called Mr Gary this morning asking if he had a shift actuator for my washing machine. He said it did. It was OEM, in stock, and cheaper than the other store I called. I was at work and unable to be there at business hours. He called me and said he had some stuff to do at the shop later in the evening and said he was on his way down. I drove down. Part is EXACTLY what I need. I will recommend him to my friends and family. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took time out of his already busy and stressful day to ensure I could wash clothes for my family this weekend!
