Great company!! Very professional and friendly. BJ serviced our home and he done a great job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered every question asked and also gave plenty of tips. The price was very nice as well. The receptionist, Beth was very friendly when I made the initial appointment and she also gave me plenty of advice. You can’t beat these guys!

BJ is a fantastic tech! Always shows up on time and his work his amazing! Always making sure the inside and outside of my house is thoroughly taken care of. Whenever we need a reservice or a question he is very quick to respond or show up to take care of any issues we have!

Horrible, Horrible company (DO NOT RECOMMEND) Insecteco Pest Company in Biloxi MS I had a very disappointing experience with Inspectico Pest Control. The technician, Tyler, assured me he would use only snap traps—not glue traps—because of the risk of rats dying inside the walls. We agreed specifically on snap traps. However, when my handyman inspected the attic, he found that Tyler had actually placed glue traps instead. This was dishonest and unprofessional, especially since he assumed I wouldn’t check his work because it was in the attic. To make matters worse, Tyler claimed he had completed certain tasks that he clearly had not done. It’s... Not to mention, During the visit, Tyler also knocked the plug to the bathroom fan wire loose in the attic, which my handyman had to fix the next day which cost me more money. Lastly, one of the office staff was rude and dismissive; she even hung up on me when I tried to explain my frustration. Warning: This company is untrustworthy and provided the worst pest control service I have ever experienced. So, I DO NOT RECOMMEND Inspectico Pest Control to anyone (Not even to my eniemies if I had any).

The office staff and technician were both very helpful and willing to answer any and all questions regarding the service. 100% transparent with what they do and what it costs. We're new to the area so we needed the extra customer service. Highly recommend to anyone who needs pest control
