Great place! My computer was not working and within 2 hours they had found the issue and fixed it! My laptop is old. The battery needed to replaced. I panicked thinking I would never find a battery for a 10 year old laptop but they had the battery and they fixed it all under $100. Absolute gems. Thank you.
After writing off my laptop as broken beyond repair and assuming I'd have to get a new one, Direct Repair gave it a new lease on life and saved my from spending god knows how much on a new one. They replaced the keyboard when it wasn't functioning and swapped out the damaged USB ports. The thing works as good as new now.
I’m not sure about their physical store, but they are horrible sellers on EBay. I bought a grill cover, only to realize I no longer need it. After returning, they only gave a 50% refund because it was missing its cardboard box. The box had been damaged on the way to me. After messaging and explaining this to them, they sent me an arrogant message along the lines of “well why didn’t you send back the box? Did you burn it in your pizza oven?” Very condescending and unethical behavior. I wouldn’t support this business!
I had put off fixing my personal computer for over two years because of the anticipated cost and the time that it would take to get the job done. I am beyond happy that I was able to find this place!!! My Dell computer was not charging, I was able to give them a call and explain the problem. Not only were they able to identify it and provide a lower than expected quote, when I brought my computer in, they were able to fix it within 2 hours!!! They have many of the parts on site. This place is a hidden gem, if you are reading this I would highly recommend giving them a call...... They are all very nice to speak with and knowledgeable as well..... Thank you very much guys !!!
I stopped by in August 2020 with a computer unable to boot up. I received excellent service and a fair price for fixing the issue along with a recommendation to replace my battery. They ordered the part for me and notified me promptly when it arrived two days later. Unfortunately for me I forgot to pick it up despite multiple calls and notifications. Nearly a fully year later I called in and they’d kept the battery and installed it for me immediately!
