eRepair - iPhone & iPad Repair Chicago

My experience started roughly about three years ago. Tried to go the cheaper route and get a battery and screen replaced and lo and behold several botched batteries and screens later I end up at this place. Went inside and gave Sam a breakdown of what happened and what has been happening with the battery and screen replacements I was doing at another store. He took it apart, made me aware of the damages and lack of quality of the previous stores repairs. Cleaned up the phone and did the job properly. Fast-forward 2-3 years. I am the back at the store for a “on the fly” screen replacement due to me, dropping the phone about 1000 times since then. Got my phone cleaned up and fixed up right away on my lunch break. Diagnosed a couple other issues I had and gave me options for parts. Here we are weeks later with no issues. I could care less if anyone around the area is cheaper. Sam is the only individual I trust with my phone due to the quality of repairs, timelines and sincerity of service. Sam is a one-of-a-kind employee and a blessing for the area. I will only be going back to the store for any future repairs for any of my devices. I will see you soon for some more repairs on older devices, thanks again Sam. Btw everyone thought I bought a new phone when I returned back to work. That’s the quality he gives.

Sam was incredible. The service was quick and to the point, yet somehow he still managed to succinctly and efficiently walk me through every detail that I would need to know. I originally came in to repair my phone screen and he gave us an honest estimate of the cost. When I told him I was concerned of what I could afford, he was amazingly understanding and walked me through multiple different options curated based on price and quality. He even threw in a screen protector and offered to replace the screen protector for my mom as well, free of charge. I will definitely be coming back again. This is a place I can trust.
