Misty was fantastic, she got me all set up with financing and I was able to get the washer and dryer that I needed. My LG front loader went out and I needed a washer. It was quick and painless. First time ever buying from Dick Van Dyke. I hope it stays 5 stars. Edit: I got my appliances delivered today and my Fiancée said Greg and his partner were the best delivery guys he has ever had to deal with. I had everything ready for them. It was a quick and painless install. My next appliance will be coming from Dick Van Dyke. Awesome service.

Jake + team went above and beyond to remove my old system and replace with my new speed queens. They were on time, extremely efficient, and helpful to fit my new items into our small space. Much appreciated and will be a return customer for sure! Such a refreshing experience!! 10/10

Purchased a GE Cafe' refrigerator from Dick Van Dyke in December of 2025. Carl was my sales person and was extremely helpful in my decision making. The unit was delivered and installed on 12/18/2025. The delivery crew was very careful and thorough. Very pleased with this purchase experience overall. Highly recommended!

My sales person, Misty, was super helpful and knowledgeable about her products. Without trying to push any particular one, she told me the pros and cons. She’s also super sweet and personable. The prices are a bit high I think, but they’re the only game in town that willdeliver and take away the old appliance too. Granted for a prize, but it’s worth it. The man who delivered and set up my new machines were great. They did their job quickly and efficiently.
