Tica installed our new furnace and fixed our central A/C that has been broken for 4 years. Charles and Aaron did an outstanding job. They were professional, courteous,polite, and answered any questions we had. After the job was completed they throughly cleaned up leaving no mess. Thank you Tica for a job well done👏. Tica co. Won And is number one for so many reasons! And I’ve only done business with them so far just the estimate portion of shopping heat pumps, AC. Showed up on time had a detailed estimate the next day outlining different heat pump options, labor warranty cost, and left his number that I could text and call any business hours and get a call back and a message back right away Unfortunately, my three estimates for AC did not go well as Jessie heating and cooling never sent me an estimate And designer drop the ball and is not the same company that I worked with 13 years ago I kept getting their estimate, including a furnace or not Including everything we had discussed. Save your time save your money go with Tica co. And Tica, they have an amazing annual service plan (for fall and Spring) that’s super affordable compared to design air! It is gonna be very hard to stop my Train* installed by Tica co.!
Tech came out the same day I called. Tech found the problem quickly and fixed it. Tech advised that my current unit was good and that I should keep it running as long as possible. Tech did not try to sell me a new unit like the majority of companies would (mine is a Trane from 1994). I appreciated the customer service from the first phone call and throughout the rest of the service that was provided.
Had an excellent experience with Tica, from the office lady to the guys who came out. Colton and the other fellow were knowledgable, thorough, professional, and prompt. Saved me thousands wrt my geothermal unit compared to another company. Would recommend!
Highly recommended!! Professionals throughout the project. From Mark designing, and spec'ing equipment with me, to Carl and Aaron doing excellent work implementing the solution with new TRANE high efficiency units, I'm very pleased with the results. Consolidated 2 units into one and replaced/relocated another furnace, and corrected legacy ductwork limitations. Full project, Furnaces, Air Conditioners, ductwork fabrication, removing old units and more. Bob - buy that team a round, maybe 2, of their favorite beverage :-) The best part, reviewing my Ameren statistics, my natural gas usage has reduced 50 to 55% for the same outdoor temperatures when I compare to previous usage with the old units. Excellent results from the redesign and new TRANE furnaces, I'm sure the electric usage will show similar results when we run the new AC units in the summer. My previous systems were old and far from efficient, so your gas/electric savings may vary, but the team at Tica, Inc. did excellent work for my project.
