Denver Mac Repair

So happy with the experience! I had a 2014 MacBook that would not let me reinstall macOS anymore. It was a dead Mac. For a $95 diagnostic they found the problem and for $200 they replaced the defective board and it’s running like a charm! Communicated along the way with lots of information, and had it back to me within two days of dropping it off. I was so nervous that it would cost a fortune or that it couldn’t be fixed. But I am 100% happy with the outcome! Thank you for restoring this Mac.

I took my iPod in to replace the battery and possible the cracked screen. I left after giving a $50. down payment. I received a call telling me they could not replace the battery of screen themselves and would have to send it out. I then asked if they could transfer some of the info I had on the old ipod into another iPod I had. They say yes and returned to the store with the new iPod. when I returned, they said they were not able to do a transfer yet not refund get $50. OK, first off, I will never return, but more importantly, to recognize that not returning my $50. is more important than doing the right thing. With a business practice like that, I hope a business like yours does not flourish because we don't need service like that in Denver.

Don't believe everything you read! I called to see if i could get a battery in my son's Mack Book Pro in a few hours and was quoted 3-5 days, then after talking to his tech came back with 1-2 days. I explained up-front that my som n is a laaw student and cannot be without his computer for days. Meanwhile, the Google reviews displayed here for Denver Mac repair are praising 2 hour turnarounds. Obviously there is a significant disconnect between their talk and their walk. Customer beware.

Excellent! I have a 2013 Mac book Air . My cat chewed through the charger so I took it to Micro center they did not carry the correct charger they said I needed a Gen 1 so I called around and found this great place and he said he had the gen 1; well I got there with my laptop and the old/ not working charger and the man here said oh you have/ need a Gen 2 and we have those . Awesome!! Also it’s the real deal apple product. I had already ordered a knockoff from Amazon which won’t arrive until next week. I’m surprised that the apple “professionals” at micro center gave me incorrect info so I guess getting 2nd opinions is always a good idea. Thank you to this place for efficiently helping me and I’ll surely return.
